Processing and Dispatch

• 24-Hour Processing: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Saturday. (Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday or sales periods).
• Discreet Packaging: As stated in our Privacy Policy, all shipments are packaged securely in multiple layers and shipped in completely plain, unbranded exterior boxes. Couriers will not know what is inside.

Order Limits and Delivery Rules To ensure reliable service and manage our discreet shipping network effectively, we have strict limits on active shipments:

• One Active Order at a time: We only allow one order to be in transit to a customer at any given time. If you place consecutive orders, the second order will not be dispatched until the first is confirmed delivered.
• Weekly Delivery Limit: We limit shipments to 1 per customer address per week (Monday through Sunday). Additional orders placed within the same week will be held and shipped the following week, or they may be canceled.

Shipping Speeds & Liability While we offer expedited shipping options to get your order to you faster, delivery times ultimately depend on the courier. By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge our weekly shipping limits and agree that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incomplete address information or multiple overlapping orders.
