Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery generally takes 2 working days in major cities. Can be longer in remote areas, during the winters, or right before/after major holidays.
Can I open/check the package before payment?
No. Most couriers don't allow that. The rider will not let you open the package before payment. Even if they did, we would absolutely not allow it; opening a package in front of the rider and going through the products is a violation of the privacy we promise.
Can I do in-store pick-up?
We don't have any outlets etc. Only delivery is possible.
Can I collect the package from the courier's office
All courier services have officially discontinued self collection as an option. Please opt for a delivery.
Where do you deliver?
All across Pakistan! We deliver wherever the major courier services deliver, which is 99% of the country.

Payments

How will I pay for the order?
You will pay cash to the rider upon delivery. Bank transfer is also an option.
Can I pay via bank transfer / credit card / digital wallet?
Yes, you can opt to make a bank transfer. Only transfers made from a Pakistani account/wallet are accepted. Bank details will be shared when we confirm the order, and the transfer will have to be made BEFORE the package is dispatched.
Can I pay via crypto?
Not at the moment.
Can I have an invoice for my order?
We don't give invoices, for reasons which should be pretty obvious. If you need an invoice for reimbursement purposes, we suggest finding a different solution.

Products

Product X is out of stock. Can I reserve it for when it's restocked?
We don't reserve stock in advance, in spirit of fairness. It's first come first serve, as soon as it's updated on the website.
Can you import a specific product for me?
We can try. Contact us and let us know what you are interested in.

Privacy

Do the couriers know what's inside the packages?
No. The courier company or the rider do not know about the content of the packages. Nothing identifying is printed on the shipping label either.
What data do you store?
Almost nothing. All data regarding the order is purged few days after the order is delivered. We do retain data regarding failed or returned deliveries.
