Medicines, tablets, and other consumables can't be returned. That's how we guarantee every customer receives a fresh, uncompromised product.

Non-consumables like toys can be returned, no questions asked. Contact us to start a return, and we'll arrange a pickup depending on your city. Once the item reaches us, we'll refund your original payment method, minus shipping costs.

If a mistake was on our end, we'll replace the item or refund you in full.
